We are looking for Full Time Support Teachers who teach with dedication and professionalism, apply Communicative Language Teaching methodologies, and are committed to their administrative responsibilities and professional development.
WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· Education: Students in the final semesters of a B.A. in Foreign Languages or Education; graduates in those fields; or professionals from other fields with formal training in teaching English.
· Area of specialization: Training or emphasis in teaching English as a foreign language, language teaching methodologies, communicative and didactic competencies in English, or the design and implementation of learning environments is desirable.
· Experience: Professionals from other fields must have at least 2 years of experience teaching English.
· English proficiency: C1 level is preferred; candidates with a B2 level may also apply.
· Availability: Approximately 42 hours per week. Availability for on-site classes is required during schedules ranging between 7:15 am and 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
· Active teaching methodologies.
· Ability to plan, deliver, and assess classes aligned with course objectives and the institutional curriculum.
· Effective use of educational platforms, digital tools, and virtual learning environments.
· Design of pedagogical activities and materials that promote interaction and meaningful learning.
· Basic knowledge of formative and summative assessment processes.
· Ability to monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan and teach assigned courses with dedication and professionalism.
· Follow Communicative Language Teaching methodologies.
· Comply with administrative and professional development activities.
